ASIA AFRICA CONFERENCE Asia Africa Conference was a meeting of Asian and African states, most of which were newly independent, which took place on 18–24 April 1955 in Bandung, Indonesia. The 29 countries that participated represented a total population of 1.5 billion people, 54% of the world's population. The conference was organised by Indonesia, Burma (Myanmar), Pakistan, Ceylon (Sri Lanka), and India and was coordinated by Ruslan Abdulgani, secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of the Indonesia . This event started from 23 August 1953 when Ali Sostroamidjojo proposed the need for cooperation between countries in Asia and Africa. TERE LIYE Darwis or also known as Tere Liye is an Indonesian author of fiction novels. He married to Riski Amelia and they have two children. He was born in South Sumatera, 21st May, 1979. He is a law degree of Indonesia University. After he graduated, his time is also filled with write some fiction books. So, his parents are just a farmer, and he grows in the depth of Sumatera. He studied at SDN Kikim Timur, and SMPN 2 Kikim, Kabupaten Lahat, In South Sumatera Province. Then, he studied at SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung in Lampung Province. He started to write since 2005 until now. He wrote a lot of fiction books that really good. He wrote some serial novels, like Bumi, Bulan, Matahari, Bintang, Komet, etc., Serial Anak Mamak, etc. The books are thick enough, but they're very enjoyable to read.   Beside the serial novels, he wrote some unserial novels too.
